Returns of services are not accepted, but refunds are granted under the following terms:<\/p><p><b>Reasons for Refund<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Inability of NOVASOLTEC to start or complete the contracted service.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Dissatisfaction with the received service, subject to evaluation and approval of the case by NOVASOLTEC.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days following the service contract date.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Refund Request Process<\/b><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The customer must send an email to clientes@novasoltec.com with the following information:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full Name<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Date of Service Contract<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contracted Service<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reason for Refund Request<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Evaluation of the Request<\/b><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">NOVASOLTEC will evaluate each request and reserves the right to approve or deny the refund based on the nature and status of the contracted service.<\/p><p><b>Evaluation Time<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The request will be attended to and evaluated within 5 business days.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Refund Method<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase (debit or credit card).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Processing Time<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refund process may take up to 30 business days, depending on the policies of the issuing banks.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Special Conditions<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are not accepted for completed services, promotional or discounted services, or personalized services that have already commenced.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cancellation Request<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An order can be canceled in whole or in part as long as the service has not been started.
