Refund Policy

NOVASOLTEC offers refunds under certain conditions due to the nature of the services provided. Returns of services are not accepted, but refunds are granted under the following terms:

Reasons for Refund

  • Inability of NOVASOLTEC to start or complete the contracted service.
  • Dissatisfaction with the received service, subject to evaluation and approval of the case by NOVASOLTEC.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days following the service contract date.

Refund Request Process

The customer must send an email to clientes@novasoltec.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Service Contract
  • Contracted Service
  • Reason for Refund Request

Evaluation of the Request

NOVASOLTEC will evaluate each request and reserves the right to approve or deny the refund based on the nature and status of the contracted service.

Evaluation Time

The request will be attended to and evaluated within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase (debit or credit card).

Processing Time

The refund process may take up to 30 business days, depending on the policies of the issuing banks.

Special Conditions

Refunds are not accepted for completed services, promotional or discounted services, or personalized services that have already commenced.

Cancellation Request

An order can be canceled in whole or in part as long as the service has not been started. Contact the sales department through info@craftcodezone.com.

Refunds for Cancellations

If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund or charge cancellation will be made to the same card used.

Additional Information

NOVASOLTEC may request additional information such as documents or screenshots evidencing the reason for the refund. NOVASOLTEC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the refund request process.
